Throughout history, our nation has been through numerous ups and downs and it has been in the center of many political, social changes and transformation. In the last four decades, in our country with the types of political systems have been experienced and then vanished. We believe that the main reasons for this political instability are social inequality, suppression, corruption, tyranny and autocracy. During this era, there was never an organized system based on equality and freedom that can provide the basic human right of the people and a cordial relation with the region and the world never took root. The political opportunities, economy, human resource and many other important privileges of this country have been squandered.

We, with the support of a group of intellectuals, religious scholars, political figure and political experts with strong faith to Great Almighty and a firm conviction in the religion of Islam, with an understanding of the past problems, the oppression, injustice, ordeals and the innumerable agonies that has happened to our country have committed to come forward and struggle for the equality , social freedom and political freedom of all citizens throughout the country and save Afghanistan from increasing crisis and multi-dimensional problems in the form of “ Afghanistan Freedom and Equality Movement ” which will be according to the Islamic Principles and in the light of the mission’s proclamation and declaration of this organization.

The Freedom and Equality Movement honors and respects the countless sacrifices, historical struggle and Jihad for the rights of all the people of Afghanistan, and the martyrs who lost their lives and those who considered that this land belongs to the people of all ethnic background of this country.

The Official outlook and vision of the Freedom and Equality Movement are stated in the Manifesto and other relevant documents, here we have stated a few references:

· The Freedom and Equality Movement of Afghanistan is a political and Islamic Organization with national inclination which believes in pluralism and democracy and it belongs to all the citizens of Afghanistan.

· The Freedom and Equality Movement is committed to comply with the UN Charter and the International Declaration of Human Rights. Strengthening national unity, protecting territorial integrity, state sovereignty, and establishing an elected government based on the will of the people to get rid of oppression, tyranny, discrimination and violence and securing social justice and preserving dignity and human rights are considered its main duties.

· We respect the fundamental rights of the citizens and we fully support freedom of thought and expression, freedom of mass media and freedom of all other political, social and cultural activities.

· We believe that all citizens, both men and women, have equal rights before the law, and it is the duty of the government to ensure the legal rights and freedom of all citizens equally.

· This movement will work to establish freedom and rights of the people, strengthening the political, social, economic stability and facilitation of a prosperous life in a healthy environment for the residents of this country and improvement of the status of Afghanistan globally depending on the formation of a comprehensive and inclusive government.
